Bow warranty a good experience!

Had a limb on my 9 year old 80# Quest QS 33 blown up on me a couple weeks ago. Called Quest after hours left a message. I got a call back the next morning.The short version of the story is They have what I would consider great customer service!! Greg over at Quest got me taken care of in short order.
Wondering if anyone else has Good to say about any other manufactures customer service/warranty?
