Best North America Hunting/Long Range caliber.

7 mags a good choice and ammunition is pretty common. I have a 7 stw on a stiller tac-300 action with a 26" Broughton barrel. It's a tack driver. You will have great fun with the 7mm mag. And if you ever want to go bigger you'll have the action and stock to do it.

Good Luck.

Be safe.

It was a fine line between the 300 RUM and 7 Mag but felt that the 7 mag would fit 95% of what I plan to do in the future. What Brass, primer, powder, bullet combo do you recommend. I like Nosler Accubonds but was looking at the Berger 168 gr. I have IMR 7828 and Mag primers on hand. Still need to get brass. I plan on hand loading.

I hung my 7RM up 20 years ago, didnt have the energy I needed at long range, get on a ballistic calc. and check it out, went to 340 WBY, back then. I found out the hard way
