Ok. My personal policy is if they have been online and aren't responding after a day (meaning they've seen the message) then they are probably a flake and it's time to move on.
Really sucks but people don't even have the common decency to say "I over committed, changed my mind, etc" any more, they just ghost you. Spill over from the social media world I think. Very frustrating. I'd probably leave some feedback for them as well...
