Barnes .284 168gr bullets

Found a full box of 50 (in a packed box of bullets I forgot I had after the move) and I notice it says 1:8 or faster. Well all I have is 1:9 I hate to waste them if they wont work in MY 280 AI. Any suggestions?

Sell them or hang onto them till you get an 8" twist.

I know, that was kind of the captain obvious reply.

If you want to hunt with them out is the right answer. If you just want to shoot targets load them and see how they do.

Thank I'd rather just trade them to somebody because I'm probably not gonna buy any guns anytime soon the two I have I love and they shoot 180 burgers

They didn't work in my 9 1/4 twist 280AI

Best bet is trade them. Tried them in a 1/9.25 twist and they most certainly did not work.
