Ballistic table for 300 wtby&168 berger

I need some help with building a ballistic chart for my 300wtby stainless, current load is a 168gr VLD match hunting bullet with a G1BC of .473, 83.5 gr of h4831sc. I have it a 3"high at 100yds, .75" group. I don't have a way to measure muzzel velocity, so I was hoping someone would have an idea about how fast this load is and help with building a longrange ballistic chart would be greatly appreciated.
