AR-15 upper to California

I sold a complete AR-15 upper to a buyer in California. I can't find much info about transactions to California but I know there are some things different there than other states.

Is there any issues in shipping this?

We are really screwed up with our laws here but I believe you are ok.
I don't believe there are any laws for gun parts other than magazines and FFL items.
