Found a rare day when the wind wasn't blowing and the coyotes could hear my calling. Called in 6 coyotes and my pard and I were able to put 5 of them on the ground. Sure do love rare days like this.

Looks like a great day. What type & weight bullets were you shooting ? Bushmaster or Rock River?

Redhead, I was using 55gr Ballistic Tips. The rifle is a Rock River Arms Predator Pursuit with a few after market modifications.

Great shooting. I have a hard time finding 223 in 55 other than FNJ. I shoot a bushmaster varmint w/ 50 gr HP or BT seem to be the most avaible . I seem to have a hard time crossing 300 yds w/ 223. I did shoot 460 M in the Army , but was not a 4X6 target ( shrapnal ) sp. I do like my AR 15 Bushmaster Varmint - 10 years now. I find it my go to rifle for Ess of going. May you have many more days of good weather , and your bullets be true.
