Anyone Hear of Koning Leach Barrels

I have a Mouser 1908 or 98 in 257 Roberts and was looking in a new stock and possible barrel. It currently has a Koning Leach 92 barrel. Does anyone have any info on this maker? Dont know the twist or if this is a reputable barrel. Any help would be great!
