Any Louisiana coyote hunters here?

Looking for advice on hunting in the thickets, as that's mainly what I have access to. Also, if any of you night hunt, what light/lights work the best. I don't have the funds for NV/thermal so lights are my only option. Thanks.

Thick Cover....carry a Shotgun,if possible Hunt over clearings or where You have a view down roadways or logging roads.Would Pine Thickets be better to Hunt around....more open ground cover?


If possible use a ladder stand or climbing stand and get off the ground so You can see further out...works for Us here in Missouri.

I've heard good things from other Night Hunters about the iProtec O2 Beam Green Light that clips to a barrel or scope,it reaches out far and is affordable!
