I finially got my load data dug out. I was thinking Ihad some load data for the 90gr JLKs, but apparently not. Ive got some for 22 Cheeta, and 22-6mmAckley, and of course 22-250, but the first two are a good bit bigger than the middlestead, and the 22-250 is a bit smaller. Don't take my word for it, but im betting you could start with mid level 22-250 data and be prefectly fine... just work your way up. You might look at the published data on the 6Xc compared to the 243Win... basically the same comparison in terms of case size, its just the 6mm versions of those two instead of the 22 caliber.
