A question about bumping the shoulder?

I picked up a set of the Hornady head space tools yesterday will give them a try. I am fairly fussy about accuracy so if this shoulder bumping works I am happy. I know there is more to an accurate round then just this. Have to say though just with neck sizing my 257 Wby produced an ES of 2 and Sd of 1 so that will be tough to beat.
