Recently while looking at Alliant Reloader powders for another project, I came across RL 26 loads for 7 mm WSM that appear to reach 3150 + feet per second with 160 grain bullets. I'll attach screenshot from the Alliant site but was wondering if anybody had validated these loads in your rifles. If these velocities are accurate this would rival the 7 mm Remington mag. Thoughts?

I run 69.0gr RE26 with 160-168gr bullets and get about 3,125 ft/sec in a 25" Bartlein bbl.
72gr under a 143 Hammer bullet will achieve 3,350 ft/sec.

My 143s should ship next week and I hope to see 3,300+ from my 27" Bartlein 7mmWSM.
Do you have drop&drift numbers at 500+ with them at that speed? Thank you

The 143 Hammer at 3,350 ft/sec works out to the following:

Distance Drop MOA Wind @ 10mph
100yds - +1" - 1 - zero
200yds - zero - zero - 1moa
300yds - 5" - 1.6 - 1.5moa
400yds - 14" - 3.4 - 2.1moa
500yds - 29" - 5.6 - 2.7moa
600yds - 50" - 7.9 - 3.3moa
700yds - 77" - 10. - 4.0moa

With your Bartlein being 2" longer then mine you should be able to easily reach your goal of 3,300 ft/sec.
