7mm stw

72.5 gr of R-22. 162 Amax. Also shoots equally well with the 168 berger with same load. It is a little light but that is what my sendero liked the most.

With H-1000 and 140-150gr bullets you can start at 80.0grs and work your way up.I took mine up to 84.0grs and a friend told me 82.0grs worked best for him, another said 86.0grs was what he loaded,so you see you have some room to work with.Every rifle is different so that is why you have to work your way up.Mine shoots best with 80.0grs of either Winchester WXR or Reloader-22.
Have you ever tried the imr 8133 with the 180 gr berger

I just shot some loads using the 7977 in my 7 Dakota the other day. My last load was 73gr and I still haven't landed on my accuracy node and velocity was only around 2800 i think. I have another load for 175gr ABLR that's 73.2 gr of 7828 and hit 3100 FPS. I am going to try a few more loads probably up to 75gr of the 7977 to try and match the 7828 performance.

I guess my point to the 8133 in the 7 STW is probably going to take a pretty healthy dose. I wanted to try it instead of the 7977 but couldn't find it anywhere.

And I have to jump into 7 STW threads since there isn't hardly anyone else shooting the 7 Dakota.

I'm running 76gr h1000 with 180 berger hybrid in mine averaging 3030fps and very good accuracy
