Hey all I have 500 of these bullets and want to use em for break in/plinking... I have a s*it ton of powders including but not limited to: Varget, IMR 4064, H 4350, RL 22, RL 25, H-1000, Retumbo, RL 33...
I was thinking 4064 or RL 22 for the lighter bullets but wanted to get some advice before I burnt any powder. My rifle is a 1977 Ruger #1V (unfired!!!) with a 24" barrel. I believe it's a 1-9.5" twist but I am not absolutely certain about that. Anyway I would appreciate any advice or input. Thanks!
