First, I have to brag about my latest purchase. I just picked up a Savage 111 Long Range Hunter with a Vortex Viper PST 4-16x50. It's pretty neat. My question is in regards to bullet selection. What do you guys think the best bullet is to 700 yards on whitetail deer? I grabbed a box of Norma with 140 grain partitions(only option at the lgs). I'm looking for flat shooting. I don't have loading equipment yet(dies and brass/powder/bullets).
