that's as far as I went as I never hit pressure but know I'm close and rather save brass life..

what charges to start shooting groups

64.2 looks pretty good
Maybe even 64 even.
 
I would probably run a ladder at about 400 yards from about 63-65 in .3 increments. I like 2 shots each load and mark with different colors for each of the 2 shot groups. Satterlee test alone can be very deceiving because it doesn't account for harmonics.
