Yep they are beginning to be an issue here as well. The state is pushing for a hunting/trapping season now that they have been delisted and are no longer concidered an endangered species.

I would like to bow hunt myself but it does suck not to use the rifle if you have a good shoot at 2-300 yrds. But if I went we would only have a week or two to find an area and learn to hunt them.

On a side note we're taking the sleds out tomorrow for a ride. Can't wait to get out there.

About what kind of barrel life would you expect?

I have approx. 1500 rounds on mine and it still shoots sub moa......Rich

Guys.....I'm thinking about starting a 6.5 Sherman thread in a month or so since there is starting to be a few out there. I thought it would be fun to compare loads, velocities, accuracy etc. This would be primarily for owners but would not exclude any other interested parties with questions, etc. What do you guys think?.......Rich
