You won't regret getting a Bergara. With your budget you could probably find a premier series. My B14 HMR shoots 1/2 moa easily with factory hornady gunner ammo. Nice and smooth action. They have very good barrels and the factory trigger is nice. If I could do it over I would have purchased the ridge or hunter model instead of the HMR due to weight. I feel the HMR is to heavy to carry in the mountains but then again I'm not the biggest guy on the planet.
