300 win 30 inch

i am am about ready to start putting together my dream 300 win
I still have time for an reality check from the experts
I started with the bullet 190 gr vld smk ect.
next 28 or 30 in 5rc,leaning towards 30, 1 in 11 this is where all opinions would be GREATLY appreciated.
heavy palma / i cant stand the noise of a brake
I shoot 375 h&h and 50 bmg
this will be pea shooter
just because bat3ll1.5,nightforce

Is there a particular reason why you are considering a 30".
I'm not in the expert class at anything, but I have been tinkering with my 30-338Win. which started life with a heavy 30". I cut it back to 26 after 1 season.I found the long length just too much for anything but shooting from a bench. Cliff

would like to get 3100fps without excessive pressure w/190gr
read where 210 stabilized around 2850
i have not found anything on 190 though

3100fps from 190gn bullets is very doable with a 26" barrel, least ways I'm getting it. I used 79.5 to 80.5gn of H1000 behind the SMK, lit with CCI 250's.
Rifle is a stock Savage 112BVSS .300WinMag. JohnnyK.
