Looking for a load for a 300 ultra mag 200gr.nosler accubonds using us869.would love any info i can get. Thanks guys.

I got both my favorite loads here, 300 RUM 94 grs Retumbo with Boran Nitride coated 200 gr. Accubond 3213fps out of a Rem. 700 Police, Nosler Custom brass wit uniformed flash hole, Lee factory crimped. The 338 RUM load I got from JD338 here and it's Retumbo and a 250 gr. Accubond Boran Coated at 3160fps out of a Lilgi 28" #5 profile barrel.

When I had my 300RUM I tried US869 and hated it, way too temp sensitive. Retumbo is the powder I used. Some are having good luck with Ramshot Magnum powder.

I'm shooting 104 gr of wc 872 with the 190 hornady in my 300 rum in rem brass with a 215. I'd back off 10% and go from there as 869 and 872 are very close. You will probably be around 5% down from the top charge.
