Haven't sighted it in yet, just worked up the load. If weather permits I'll sightin and shoot for group tomorrow

Yes the barrel is a 9 twist

wc872 is pretty decent stuff. I've got a couple of kegs of it but not really burning a lot right now. I suppose that will change with the astronomical prices on powder lately.
I'm still running rl33 in my 300rums with heavies.

The rifle is built on a Remington 700 action with seeking detachable box magazine that allows a over all cartridge length of 3.9". Right now I'm loaded at 3.84". The barrel is a Rock Creek 5R 30" Carbon Wrapped by ABS before they sold out. Rifle, scope and magazine weighs 12 pounds.
I just sighted in at 50, tomorrow I will finalize zero at yards and shoot for group.
