Oh yes, for open country I go with 4" high at 100yds, 2" high at 100yds for close quarters.

Funny that you should mention that. I used to have a Model 600 Mohawk in a .243 and it shot like a house on fire. Unfortunately I don't have it any more. Actually I had a Model 600 in a 308 and 350 Rem. Mag. They all shot great. Thanks for the info. I am in the process of trying some different bullets. I just found out that some of the local shops have some other grain bullets available so we will see what happens.:D
