.223 AI Recipes for 77gr TMK’s

Wondering what everyone uses to send 77 gr TMK's from their .223 AI?
Barrel is a 22" 8 twist Hart, and have a bunch of RL-15 and Benchmark. I plan on having my son take his first deer this coming season with this setup. Thanks in advance.
