went out today with the 204 ruger SP/rifle and shot steel at 450yards, temp 30 degree's wind 1/4 value left to right 8mph heavy snow at times! im happy with the performance to say the least! the center five shot group just above and left of aiming point are 39grain sierras the rest is 32grain noslers, the funny thing is at 100 yards the 39's dont group under an inch and the 32's group under 1/3" at 100 yards but past 200yards the 39's hold under moa and the 32's really open up!

Nice shooting. How long is your barrel? What action did you use to build the rifle? I'm been thinking of a TC Contender barrel but research showed the 14" barrel is too short for the 204 Ruger. Anything over 14" seems to get pricey & there is a dealer in Florida selling a complete Howa Ranchland rifle for $330.
