I would like to try this powder with the 140 amax and federal match small rifle primers.
Has anyone tried this combo and can give me a safe start point to begin load development? Thanks.
I also have a question... I have heard that every rifle is different and other stuff like this. My question is why is it possible that two rifles built by the same builder, with the same barrel and the same reamer have completely different pressure nodes? Most 6.5x47 can run 40-41 grains of 4350 before they have pressure(140 grain amax) and I have heavy bolt and swipe at 38.3.... So what is the best guess as to why this happens? I have'nt had a chance to run it over a crono so im not sure if it is running way slower than most or if it simply tops out (pressure and speed) a little quicker than most.
