If you seat bullets deeper than the neck shoulder junction and start experiencing a donut i would go a little more into the shoulder.
Other than that they look great

Beautiful! The left looks like it kissed the shoulder perfectly.
I skim the next on my first pass. Then I turn the notch down on the cutter and take a second pass just gradually kissing into the neck shoulder Junction. I try not to heat up the brass. By using a little bit of cutting oil and imperial wax.

Agree with the rest, looks great, I spin mine a little bit in some steel wool to smooth them up.

Obviously, I'm the lone voice here.....but I think you need to cut more into the shoulder to prevent the "donut".

The left one is what I shoot for when I turn. The right one is just a little short.
Looks good for first time. Man, reminds me how much I hate to turn necks

Don't want to hijack this post, but on the question of neck turning do you neck turn virgin brass or once fired? Also, do you just trim once for initial case prep or again after several loadings (for consistency)?

Personally, I would take it a bit further Inyo the shoulder to avoid any.problems with bullets seated deep. They look good otherwise.
