Anyone seat these to max coal of 3.340? I just checked the the seating depth on my 300 and to seat them .050 off the lands they will be 3.500. I seated one for grins at 3.340 and it looks funny. When I laid a bullet next to the cartridge with the seated bullet it looks like the case is half full of bullet.
What kind of coal are you endind up with?

I seat them at 3.44 in one of my 300's. It is a RMEF edition 700, mag well measures 3.6. The 180 ttsx is a long bullet, seated at the standard 3.34 length you lose powder capacity. I really like the performance of the ttsx.

I load mine to 3.500 to feed out of the magazine of my Savage and they shoot great. I don't remember how far off the lands this is but that was the max I could easily feed out of the magazine.
