I just picked one up the other day, cute little bugger. Anyone shooting one and or had one? Think it'll be a good one for working with my 6 year old granddaughter on, gophers, pd's, chucks and yotes.

Ideas on powders, bullets etc?

(years back I wore out a couple 17 Rem barrels so I've some 17 experience)

Thx in advance

I traded for one for a lot of years ago.
Traded a Remington 17 caliber for it because owner did not like handloading.
Really a slick little rifle.
Works really well as a truck gun for varmints on ranch.
Mine really likes 25 grain Blackhole bullets.
