Finishing up a build and getting ready to mount a 5.5-22-56 NXS on my rifle. It is a 700 LA in 260 26" #6 Douglas HS Precision PSt 087 stock. Wondering what your thoughts were on were on putting Rail/Rings or the Unimount system. Any and all comments appreciated gentlemen.

I am running 43.5 grains of Varget. OAL 2.825

Been really impressed with their accuracy and performance in my 308 5R. 6 kills on does out to 250 yards with all being neck shots. Am a little worried about their expansion on a lung shot though. Anyone had any issues with a shot in that area? Thanks for your input!

When using lake city or any other form of military brass. I know the brass is thicker so what is the standard i should use in reducing the load versus commercial brass?
