No offense was taken. I just wanted to make it clear to anyone who read my visitor messages and was interested in the scope that I was up front and honest about it being a refurb. I honestly don't know what the cause for it being refurbished. I bought it as a refurbished unit that still carries the same warranty as a new product. I did indicate that I bought it as refurbished scope in the description/original post. I'm not trying to "pull the wool over anyone's eyes." I appreciate your interest.

How come the box says refurbished. Did it get broken at one time
