I have a Winchester Laredo LRH rifle in 7mm stw with a Leupold vx-3 6.5-20-40 with tall target turrents mounted in leupold dual-dovetail bases and rings. the scope is flawless the rifle is probably about 90% it has 2-3 rub marks and the recoil pad has been changed to a Simms Limbsaver is this...

I am thinking of using a Leupold VX-3 3.5-10-40 scope and Leupold dual dovetail mounts is this a worthy set-up or what would you recommend for mounts??

I have a Laredo in 7mm stw mine is the plain barrel without the Boss system it will shoot 3/4"@100 most of the time with Federal factory loads the 150 Nosler solidbase I havent had time to work up any loads but I dont think that is bad for a factory rifle. chad
