The other day I asked how big the dots were in the custom reticle scope, I and nobody answered the question so I called Leupold, they are good with their phone serve, I was told that the dots will cover 2/10 of an inch at 100 yards, or 6/10 inch at 300 yards, etc.

I think I read somewhere that Varget was hard on barrels. Is this true that it erodes barrels faster then other powders, if so why and how quickly. I am reloading 22-250, 35 gr Varget, 50 gr V-Max, Winchester primers.

my brother has bought a Rem 721 springfield 30-06 at a estate sale that has no serial number nor does it appear to of ever had one, has it is a sportster style stock, pertty beat up, open sights and has not been drilled for a scope. Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this gun.

Here in eastern Colorado we are noticing a dramatic drop in the PD numbers this spring, towns are at half or less of there fall populations, these are in towns 30 to 40 miles apart so do not suspect disease, maybe winter kill, is any body in other areas seeing the same drop in numbers
