How many shooters are normally at the matches you attend? I'm just curious what you guys typically see out there.

The last Ridgway PA VBR shoot I was at had 120 from what I heard, but has been up to 160. Most of the short range bench stuff I do ranges from 10-60. I don't know that looking at from a pure attendance standpoint is valid. If a match is held 6 times a year like VBR it's going to have alot more people show then a match that might be held 10 or 12 times a year.

I also shoot at ridgeway. Long range silouette. I was hoping to get some guys from around the country to chime in so I could see how our attendance stacks up.

Have you heard anything about the 2014 VBR schedule? I keep checking their web site but it hasn't been updated in a long time.

May - 4th
June - 1st
July - 6th
August 2&3 championship
Sept - 7th
Oct - 5th

That is the 2014 schedule

I love shooting there. I think I know most of the guys up there. the last couple matches last year were all between 120-140 people. crazy busy

Did you get this from Shelly? It's not posted on their web site yet.

The thought process here was to get us some more attention from the manufacturers if we have enough shooters showing up to do so. So far no one has responded that doesn't shoot this match. I guess we're still small in the grand scheme.

Yes info from shelly,
I guess were small up there in the grand scheme but it's completely different and humbling to shoot. I think if other ranges adopted the VBR game it would really start to spread.
