There is a small blemish on the bolt knob and there is a nick on the windage knob of the optic. Other than that, the firearm is in perfect condition.

I am selling this rifle to help my mother and dad pay for some of their medical bills that were incurred during my dad's long stay in the hospital. The gun has approx 200 rounds throughout it. The optics, rings, base, bi-pod, stock are brand new. Since having all the new furniture put on, I have not even had the rifle in the field. I have only had it back from the smith for about two weeks. The new optics are not even sighted in nor bore sighted.

If interested, please PM me and I will give you a phone number so that we can discuss the firearm further.

By the way, I have the original box and all the equipmet and paper work for the Vortex sight and also the original packaging for the Harris Bi-pod. I also have a brand new Alpha metal pod lock for the bi-pod as well that goes with the rifle.

Sorry to hear of your familys trouble. Hate to see you sell that gun. It looks like a #1 goat gun. Good luck with the sale and hope every thing turns out well for your mom and dad.

Thanks Mick! I can always build another down the road. I am not sure if you are familiar with the post in General discussion about "Prayers Needed", but dad has been battling cancer for some time. With his last bout with cancer and his long stay in the hospital he racked up some serious medical bills. With dad on a fixed income, I figured maybe I could help out a bit. If he knew what I was doing he would croak. We are also having a garage sale in a couple of weeks to raise money for bills.

Are you familiar with H&H Guns in Oklahoma city?

I have a good friend who is a gunsmith up there and he worked me out a deal and dis the work for me. His name is Alex. The gun you see here was the last gun he did under H&H. He is working on a deal to open his own shop. I guess H&H set their employees to be paid off of straight commission only.

I live in central Alabama. I have not heard of the gun shop which put your rifle together. It would appear that your friend did a great job on the gun. He should be able to build a good buisness doing work like that.

What does the rifle weigh (with or without scope)?

Would you consider selling without the scope? (I have no need for that scope.) If so, what would you be asking?

Thanks!
