This is the NEW model w/ exposed turrets and matching MOA reticule & turrets. Scope comes w/ sunshade and Badger Ordnance low rings for $900.00. This scope has only been on this rifle since July and has only had about 20 rounds down the tube. It has been stored in my gun safe. These scopes retail for about $800.00 and the rings sell for about $140.00. The rifle is listed for sale in the rifle section for $850.00. I would sell the whole package for $1,800.00 or best offer. Below is a cost break down of what everything cost.
Savage 12 LRP 260 - $990.00
Sightron S3 6x24-50 LRMOA - $800.00
Nightforce 20 MOA Heavy Base - $114.00
Badger Ordnance Heavy Low Rings - $145.00
Harris "S" Series Bipod - $100.00
Troy Industries Sling - $35.00
Vortex Anti Cant Level - $56.00
Karsten Adjustable Cheek Rest -$56.00
Choate Tactical Stock - $225.00

I'm offering the scope with Badger Ordnance rings and the Bubble level for $900.00. Is there a point to your post?

Just that you said you paid 800 for it retail and are asking 800 for the scope, which I understand is lightly used but still "used". I sold a Burris for a 100$ under retail and I never even shot it. It came on a package I bought from a friend who said he sighed it in and that's all. The other reason is I "was" entertaining the idea of this scope. Good luck! I wasn't trying to be a total jerk was just curious as to why you expected retail for this, I don't think that was an unreasonable question.

I completely understand and thanks for the interest in the scope. I did the math and with the rings and level I would actually be selling the scope for $775.00 so no matter what I ask for the scope I figure someone will offer me less than what I'm asking. I really think $775.00 is a fair price for the scope and $900.00 with the rings and level is a good price as well. These scopes are really nice scopes for the money. I was hoping that someone would make an offer. Good luck with your search.

just curious how did that gun shoot? you stated you fired 20 rounds. my buddy just bought two weeks ago and he is putting a schmitt & Bender on it so he has not shot it yet.

I'm not sure what link you are looking at but this is the S3 6x24-50 LRMOA. This the model that Sightron just came out with last year but it did not hit the shelves until almost June. Exposed MOA Turrets. and the turrets and reticule are matching. Please no more low ball offers.

The rifle shoots great!!! If I don't get any decent offers on the rifle and scope then I will just keep it. I've actually put 200 rounds down the tube but most of that was with a different scope.
