Depends upon whether Newt is already cheating on his current wife and whether Rush is to high on Oxycontin to report it.
In the world of mathematics if you calculate the probability of your wining the lottery in the same year that the world ends, the statistics suggest you should not play the lottery if you wish to die of old age. However if you do believe in dinosaurs and evolution then it is OK to play the lottery unless you have a house on the coast in which case you will drown by global warming or be dislodged by tectonic plate movement before the world ends.
In either case you should go ahead and get a good start on your next custom rifle and order the S&B scope to go on it. You can tell your wife I said it was OK.

Lets see....did Y2K happen? Did the earth open up at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vagas on Y2K? Will the world end on December 21,2012? No to all three. IMHO I wonder if American Handgunner Magazine will get suckered into this hoax too? It sure bit hard on Y2K.....

It seems like the Mayans ran out of time before they ran out of calendar. Hazards of planning too far ahead I suppose. I think Hallmark and Kings calendars are the standard 12 months again.
