Buy "made in china" put americans out of work

I am glad most of the equipment shooters use is American made, or at least not made by Red China. I hate it when American companies that produced their products here, go to China to make an extra buck, so many have done so over the years, fewer people have any bucks to buy their products. The K-Bar company imports from China! I don't know if the "original" K-bar is now made in China, but lots of their stuff is. So much stuff "made in Canada" is actually made in China, and imported in to the U.S. under NAFTA as Canada made goods. I go out of my way to buy American, on every purchase I make. can't always find it, but at least I try. My second choice is from a country that is at least friendly to us, and not supporting North Korea's A-bomb/missle projects.

Us too. I recall in 1996 Walmart( now RedChinaMart) had an American flag at the end of every aisle in their stores touting American made products. Wow, how far we have come since then! We try to buy American as much as possible, even paying a few cents more per gallon for Sinclair gasoline( yeah man its ALL domestic). But sadly for groceries and ammo we have to go to RedChinaMart due to proximity and price. It's sad there's no Kroger( et al ) close by for the grocs and Sportsman's Warehouse for the ammo.

The important thing for us all to remember in these stressful days of Obama check kiting that China is still Communist and we ARE still American, but sadly we're a lot more Socialist than on Nov 3 2008.

so does that make you one of those walmart hating union members? i will gladly debate the merits of union vs non union with you. if american unionized labor had their way we would be paying $50 for a pair of cotton socks. AJ
I am sure you did not read my post, you must have mixed it up, for if you had, I am sure you would not have posted what you did. A little reading can go a long way.

Prior to WWII Americans sold iron and steel to the Japs, we got it back later. American made-does not mean Union made, some seem to think so, they didn't do well in school, and never leave home. Purchasing products from countries that are likely to kill Americans in the future is not a good idea.
We should not help them along. North Korea, is supported by Red China. Yes, there are products like oil, that we have very little choice over, at this time. Most of the Middle Eastern oil countries are not our friends. But when given a choice, I buy American first, if none are available I try to buy products from counties that are less likely to be killing Americans, or supporting those that kill Americans second. There are those that would have traded with the Nazi
machine, if they could have gotten a "good deal". But due to their stupidity, they would have been shocked when they found out they added to the power of the enemy. God must have loved the small brained fools, he made a lot of them.
