Bought a small funnel for loading 223 but the powder sticks to the funnel. I washed it, put oil in it and cleaned it, tried everything that I know of and there is still static on the plastic funnel and won't let 100% of powder drop. What is there I can do to cure this? Thanks for the help

Wipe it down with a dryer sheet from the laundry room.

For those who use collet dies with funnel on top of them in a progressive press there are often issues with bridging where the drop tube narrows before the exit hole. A second method is to use a brass or aluminum bead chain hung inside the drop tube that at top of ones stroke the bead chain hangs below the neck of the case. As the case is withdrawn the bead chain moves up and breaks any bridging powder.

Simply use will make this go away.

I generally rub graphite on the inside of my funnels and seems to help this. The laundry sheets should also help.
