Sounds like the work of some Middle Eastern Terrorist group. Why can't we stop this lunacy! I used to be worried about nuclear weapons, but now it is clear that they have found some source for .22 caliber ammunition...what is next...bubblegum on the floor where it will get on our shoes!!!

and it was obviously a firearms certificate holder that dropped it. as there is no other possible explanation.

as all the gun yielding criminals can only get guns and not the ammo. so when you read that some one has been killed or injured the criminal pointed his gun and shouted bang and frightened the pore sod to death.
they could not possibly get hold of ammo, this would be unthinkable.
