Selling my Vais muzzle brake I bougth new a few month ago. Its been professionaly hot blued by well known central ohio gunsmith Jim Caudill (Mauser Man). Shown here on my Sav mod 12 22-250 varmint barrel thats .815 OD. The OD of the brake is .875. Only selling bc Im going up to a 6mm so i dont need this anymore. Includes the brake wrench as well.

Had a buyer for the barrel only pictured above but he went for a 243 instead.

Having said that, Ill be selling the 22-250 barrel with this brake now as a package deal. It was installed by Jim Caudill also.

Less than 400 rounds through the tube. 26 inch, fluted, 12 twist, small shank. Barrel absolutely loves 53 gn v-max w 35-36 gns of varget, see pic for its maiden 5 string 100 yd group.

i have seen this barrel in action and can tell you it is a shooter. the vias really made a difference on the recoil too,as it felt like a .22 rimfire to me.really made me a believer on the vias.
