I have a Premier Heritage 3-15x50 illum. Gen II Mil Dot mrad (27 mil-DT-MTC-CCW) I'll sell you instead. Tracks perfectly, over 8' of elevation gain at 100 yards, used for load development/target shooting only, 85 rounds. If it was ever going to fail it would have already, rock solid adjustments.
Honestly I read an article about both, and in the opinion of the author, the light tactical was not worth the price difference. Here you'll have the most robust tactical scope out there, it does weight more, but once you use it you'll see the difference was well worth it.
PM me if interested?
