Yes, I'm the original and only owner.

It shows alot of potential. When I reloaded for it, I just started and didn't know about loading off the lands or how bullet weights and twist were correlated. Yes...I was a total newbie. I just loaded different bullets and different powder charges. I did achieve 5 shot groups around an inch though

The Smith who did the work (bedding, brake and barrel treatment) shot a test target. It was easily a half inch.
