Who is making the brass

Been watching several auctions for once fired 300 win mag brass and I have seen Barnes and Black Hills brass being sold. Does anyone know who is making the brass for either of these and whether the brass is worth the purchase for using in reloads ?

I thought it used to be federal for the barnes and hornady for the black hills. If the price is fair, not exactly junk by any means.
