Split brows

Picked up a couple new cameras off amazon, here's the first weekend out last weekend. Few young bucks that will really be nice one day, but one I would like to get this year looks older and bigger bodied. Would be nice 8 but a broken brow tine makes him a 7

We hunt a fairly small place west of Dallas. We do have hunting pressure across our north fence, but still we manage to have some real decent deer!

We have a 13" spread rule in our county like much of Texas. In areas like ours where the property is not large enough to keep all thr deer on it, it does help.

Man, I sure wish we had something like that around here. When general gun season for deer opens it's like a war-zone here. Doesn't matter what it is....if people see antlers there's gonna be lead (or copper) flying. Hard for bucks to get truly impressive with that going on and if they manage to stay alive long enough to be impressive it's because they live out their entire life span on 3rd shift.
