Which MOA Base on Rem 338

Newcomer to extended long range shooting with a question.
Which MOA Base would I need for a Remington 338 Lapua to Zero @ 100 yds and still reach the Max Effective Range ( 1950 yds approx) with 75 MOA elevation on the scope turrets?

I think a 20 moa would do for you never went that far out.....but i think you will have to worry more about going subsonic with your round first....before running out of elevation.Your bullet may start to tumble before it gets there.
