I will be purchasing an electronic powder drop and scale, but need direction on whether to get the RCBS or the Lyman versions.

Which do you prefer and why?

If you utilize the "search" function you'll find stuff like this that will help with your question. The Chargemaster is the only way to go.

    "Test of electronic powder scales"

The Rcbs is a miracle in my book. It is so accurate and fast I just could not believe it when I first bought it. Get it and you will not be disappointed.

Had the Lyman and it worked okay but it needs to warmup for 30 minutes, slow and a pain to clean. Now have the RCBS and it is far superior in all aspects. Did have a problem with the push buttons but RCBS replaced it without a problem.

This is a great price. If you are thinking about getting one I would order it here.
