What powder for 6.5 x47 , don't need awsome speed just low extreme spread

My little bro ,has a build going in 6.5x 47 . He's talking rel 17 . I was wondering what power has worked best for you guys ,with lowest SD. And extreme spread . Thanks a lot .

H4350 will give you way better results in the ES and SD prospective, but may be just a tad slower than RE17.
