As new, if you look close, you might be able to tell it was mounted. Rings were lapped. No deep ring marks or scratches.

Vortex is one of the best optic companies out there. Excellent customer service/products/price/clarity/warranty- Right now, I would recommend them to anyone. Some of the best glass & options 4 the $.

In fact, I've replaced all of my glass with vortex stuff- I have several razor scopes, razor binos, razor spotting scope, viper PST scopes and a crossfire scope. Vortex has really has listened to the customers and made the right products with the right options at the right price with a lifetime warranty.
