I have two brand new for sale. After many years of service two of the 4 I owned failed! I sent them in for warranty work. One was replaced with a new in the box. I cut the seals to inspect. The other scope claims to have been refurbished. It's a different serial # and obviously a brand new scope. It's never been mounted. A letter from QC claims it was tested and performs within specs . 325.00 shipped to lower 48. First commitment gets the one in the new factory package.
