Tough flat clearcoat for a stock

I textured, painted then clear coated a stock recently. The problem is, the clearcoat was supposed to be flat but is more of a satin and is too shiny.

I'd like to overlay a very tough clear coating on this stock that is chemical and scratch resistant and is flat, not satin.

Any ideas?
